DVD Replication with DVD Digipaks (rectangular)

DVD Digipaks (otherwise knowns as DVD Digipacks and DVD Digi Paks) are composed of heavy (340gsm) gloss-coated card which is folded over on itself (essentially doubling its thickness) to provide a highly durable and lavish packaging option for discs.

Discs are accommodated on clear or coloured trays which are typically affixed to the inside right page; with clear trays, graphics and information can be displayed behind the tray itself.

DVD Digipaks can have more than one tray, allowing for more than one disc to be packed within, and configurations can include pockets / slots to hold booklets.
CD and DVD Digipaks are the most expensive orthodox packaging option available. They are generally perceived to add value to a CD or DVD product and consequently are more likely to be treasured by end users.

Additional information: CD & DVD Replication

CD and DVD replication, as opposed to duplication, entails producing discs from a glass master which is used to stamp or press data rather than burn it to to the media. Replication is the most cost-effective way to produce higher quantities of discs. Our minimum order quantity with replication is 500 units.

Replicated discs and packaging may be litho or screen printed, depending on what is most suitable. Turnaround times for replication are typically no more than 2 straight weeks, as of the day we have approved artwork and content in our hands through to delivery.
