Replicated DVD’s are available with screen or litho surface printing.
Standard DVD5 discs have 4.7 GB of capacity which can be used for data or video.
Note that we also replicate and supply Dual Layer DVD9 and DVD 10 discs.
CD and DVD replication, as opposed to duplication, entails producing discs from a glass master which is used to stamp or press data rather than burn it to to the media. Replication is the most cost-effective way to produce higher quantities of discs. Our minimum order quantity with replication is 500 units.
Replicated discs and packaging may be litho or screen printed, depending on what is most suitable. Turnaround times for replication are typically no more than 2 straight weeks, as of the day we have approved artwork and content in our hands through to delivery.
