Lancing packs are made from high quality 340 gsm card and are digitally printed on all 4 sides. Lancing packs are essentially card wallets that are fashioned to open book-style, with printable pages that include front cover, inside left, inside right, and back cover.
Lancing packs are composed of two square panels, left and right. The panel on the right hand side is folded card, so that the disc can be inserted between the folds which create the pocket. Lancing packs are frequently used for CD or DVD packaging and are percieved to be a high quality packaging option.
With Duplication, the minimum order quantity is 50 units. Turnaround times for duplication can vary, depending on which packaging if any is chosen. Since most of our packaging is printed and produced in-house, turnaround times for duplicated CD’s and DVD’s is usually 24 to 48 hours as of the day approved artwork and content is in our hands. With packaging made from heavy card, such as digipaks and lancing packs, turnaround will typically be 5 working days.
Duplication is the process of burning data to discs. Our standard duplicated discs are white-based and digitally printed. Discs can be gloss-coated to provided added durability and protection, although this will incur an additional charge and will normally add 24 hours to timescales owing to the increased time needed to allow discs to dry.
