Printed card wallets offer a great low-cost packaging option for CD’s & DVD’s, providing both protection to discs and plenty of room for graphics and information.
The card stock used in producing card wallets is high quality 350 gsm, semi-gloss-coated, and full colour digital laser printing brings exceptional colour vibrancy and clarity to the finished wallets.
Card wallets are thin and light-weight enough to be posted with regular mail using an ordinary first class stamp. Card wallets are often used for CD Audio albums, EP’s, and singles, DVD video, software, and Data distribution. Minimum order 50 units with 4 to 5 working day turnaround.
With Duplication, the minimum order quantity is 50 units. Turnaround times for duplication can vary, depending on which packaging if any is chosen. Since most of our packaging is printed and produced in-house, turnaround times for duplicated CD’s and DVD’s is usually 24 to 48 hours as of the day approved artwork and content is in our hands. With packaging made from heavy card, such as digipaks and lancing packs, turnaround will typically be 5 working days.
Duplication is the process of burning data to discs. Our standard duplicated discs are white-based and digitally printed. Discs can be gloss-coated to provided added durability and protection, although this will incur an additional charge and will normally add 24 hours to timescales owing to the increased time needed to allow discs to dry.
