CD Jewel Cases are the most long-established and widely recognised packaging option for CD Audio album distribution. Jewel cases are also often used for packing and distributing software and DVD video.
Options when it comes to CD Jewel Cases are many and varied, with trays that can be coloured, clear, or black, and printed front booklets with up to 32 pages. Front booklets can also serve as folded posters.
Additional options include the accommodation of more than one disc, up to 4 in a case, and with clear disc trays it makes sense to print on both sides of the rear inlay too, thus even more room for graphics and information.
With Duplication, the minimum order quantity is 50 units. Turnaround times for duplication can vary, depending on which packaging if any is chosen. Since most of our packaging is printed and produced in-house, turnaround times for duplicated CD’s and DVD’s is usually 24 to 48 hours as of the day approved artwork and content is in our hands. With packaging made from heavy card, such as digipaks and lancing packs, turnaround will typically be 5 working days.
Duplication is the process of burning data to discs. Our standard duplicated discs are white-based and digitally printed. Discs can be gloss-coated to provided added durability and protection, although this will incur an additional charge and will normally add 24 hours to timescales owing to the increased time needed to allow discs to dry.
