Clam or c-shell cases for CD and DVD duplication are a low cost, impactful alternative packaging option.
Available is a number of semi-transparent colours, as well as solid colours, clam cases give excellent protection to discs from everyday wear and tear.
Clam cases are may be round (clam shaped) or square shaped and are made from a user friendly and highly durable soft plastic. Whilst simple and both appealing to look at and handle, clam cases are a very good value-for-money packaging options.
With Duplication, the minimum order quantity is 50 units. Turnaround times for duplication can vary, depending on which packaging if any is chosen. Since most of our packaging is printed and produced in-house, turnaround times for duplicated CD’s and DVD’s is usually 24 to 48 hours as of the day approved artwork and content is in our hands. With packaging made from heavy card, such as digipaks and lancing packs, turnaround will typically be 5 working days.
Duplication is the process of burning data to discs. Our standard duplicated discs are white-based and digitally printed. Discs can be gloss-coated to provided added durability and protection, although this will incur an additional charge and will normally add 24 hours to timescales owing to the increased time needed to allow discs to dry.
