Easy Multimedia, the company, has evolved over countless years from being a company that started as a design-oriented agency to one that specializes in the printing and production of CD & DVD media and associated packaging.
Control Freaks…
Unlike most other CD & DVD Duplication companies who rely upon sending work to third party printers and disc makers, and who are really just brokers, our continuing goal is to produce as much in-house as possible. In this, we are admittedly control freaks.
The desire to control the manufacturing side of production as well as the design side was a huge impetus in our evolution but we didn’t want control for the sake of it. You see, our simple view is that in order to do everything as well as possible and maintain high standards, we necessarily needed to have influence over as much of the production process as possible.
From printing — with influence over not only the type of printers employed but even the inks and toners used within them — right through to the cutting of paper, packing, and shrink wrapping, we have secured control over nearly every aspect of the CD & DVD duplication process.
With Great Power comes Great Responsibility…
That control gives us responsibility too. If something goes wrong, it’s unquestionably our fault — it’s on us. But That isn’t a problem. Hands-on control and involvement in production means we are close enough to spot mistakes before they happen. Not having that sort of control ought to keep brokers and their customers awake at night… and it probably does.
Ultimately, it’s all about quality and really is key for us. One of the reasons we offer free graphic design, again, is to promote quality. Frankly, when we used to charge for design, we could see that a lot of customers opted to try and produce their own artwork rather than pay and, whilst we applauded their efforts, this often lead to problems, delays, and stress for everyone involved.
The Easy Way and the Hard Way…
Thankfully, those days are gone. All customers are offered graphic design for free (regardless of quantities ordered) and all artwork (regardless of who creates it) is checked thoroughly before we commence with production.
Every member of staff at Easy Multimedia is from an IT or design-related background, so you are never far away from technical help and advice if you need it. We aren’t a faceless company either.
